System is operational
Those processes can be sent after a number of hours. This insure, for example, that an edition alert will be sent only once for a selected product, even if you make 10 modifications to it.
Those processes are sent at a pre-defined time. Set the time for the batch to run. Since some batch processes can take a lot of time, it is generally advised to run them when the system is not in use or when the usage is at a low peak (at night time or on week ends, for example). To enforce a limited connectivity, you can set the user accounts log in time.
Those processes are generally executed at midnight, and fill the system overview (internal messages only).
You can modify a notification, it's title, content and even recipients. Select the edit notification button to do so.
Note: You cannot change the notification process or action. If you want to change those informations, delete the notification and create a new one.
Deleting a notification will immediately affect the system behavior. No more alerts will be raised. for this notification.
Note: Existing messages will still be available
Note: Pending alerts (external messages) for this notification will not be sent out.
The pending alerts are the events that were triggered by the notifications (user or system), but that are not already sent.
You can view the alerts information, the object that triggered it and the time of the trigger. Information about the next alert(s) are also displayed. The countdown is the time when the alert will be available to be sent, and not when it will actually be sent.
You can delete a selected pending dynamic alert (batch will be removed by themselves) by clicking on the remove button.
User can edit their own preferences.
They can change their user name, password, startup page and language and edit their dashboard features, such as their messages folders, and items to display in the history.
