The cutting slip visualisation let you see the information related to the cutting slip and also allows you functions that are described below.

Colors

This section indicates, by color, the number of items included in the cutting slip.

Product reception

You can issue a reception on an un-received confirmed cutting slip. By selecting this option, you will be able to enter the quantities received for each size of your product. You can indicate the priority of reception, for values below the original issued quantities.

The reception will be applied on all the items of this color that are not already received.

If you select the “return missing to required” option, missing product quantities will return to the required category.

Missing quantities are the quantities not received.

Rejected quantities do not affect the missing quantities count.

Cancel product reception

You can cancel the reception on a color. For all received item in this color who are still available in inventory (either in required, stock or stock reserved), the reception will be cancelled.

If the quantities are no longer available, the reception will still apply.

Over cut

You can issue an over cut at color level. If you have a selected color, the default over cut will be for this color, but you can at any time change your color for a valid product color, even if it is not already included in the cutting slip.

Quantities will be calculated on demand, using the breakdown in the cutting slip. When no breakdown is available (for a new color, for example), the amount is divided evenly between sizes. Decimals are rounded down.

Undercut

To issue an undercut at color level, you have to enter your cut quantities.  The missing quantities will be removed in the items at the specified priority. The priority is similar to the reception, but over cut quantities are removed first.

Cancel product reception

If all the quantities are still available in inventory, at the original categories (required, stock, stock reserved, other), you can cancel a reception.
